WINE LIST

SPARKLING WINE

Sparkling wine is made throughout the winemaking world, but can only be called “Champagne if it comes from the Champagne region of France and is made by the “traditional method.” Other regions have their own specialties – Crémant in other parts of France, Cava in Spain, Prosecco and Franciacorta in Italy, Cap Classique in South Africa, to name a few.

WHITE WINE

CHARDONNAY

Chardonnay is one of the most sought-after varieties in the world today.  From Australia to Italy, Chardonnay grapes command higher prices than any other white grape.  The flavors of Chardonnay run in the direction of lemon, vanilla, custard, butterscotch, melons, tropical fruit, green apples, and pineapple.  The textures can be considered creamy, round, lush, and full-bodied.
